Course Description

This program is designed to prepare students for patient-care support roles in hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. You will learn the fundamentals of patient care, nursing duties, basic medical skills, and hospital procedures.

• Monitor vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, Respiration)

• Assist patients with mobility, feeding, bathing & grooming

• Maintain hygiene, infection control & safety standards

• Prepare patient beds & care equipment

• Handle emergency situations and basic first aid

• Maintain patient privacy, dignity & comfort

• Communicate professionally with patients & families

• Follow doctors’ & nurses’ instructions accurately
